Simple technique to sleep more deeply.

What else other than sleeping can be the best medicine for you? It is when you are sleeping your mind and body will restore and heal. End the process by ‘breeze strokes’ which is by lightly running down your fingertips upside, the downside of each foot in a feathery motion and by barely touching the skin. Then repeat this several times and it is very essential and soothing for nerves.
